Payments

Sales Tax
New York State residents will have 8.625% sales tax added to their order.
Shipping
Orders ship out with UPS or FedEx at our discretion.
Delivery
We ship FAST! Most non-personalized orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Personalized items orders can take a bit longer.
International Orders are welcome, Minimum $150.00 Order.
Return/Replacement Policy
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. Butterfly Kiss Designs is pleased to accept returns for unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items only up to 10 days after you receive your order. Items postmarked after the event date will not be accepted for return. Please submit all return requests by email to butterfly_kiss@optonline.net. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations, Changes or Modifications
Please contact us right away if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our distribution center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Product Availability / Backorders
If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately.
